Privacy Policy

What this site collects
Only what you type into the form, and only when you send it: the property address, your name, your phone number, your email address if you give one, and anything you write in the message box.
The form is handled by Formspree, which passes it to us by email. Formspree stores the submission on its own servers, and its privacy policy governs that part.
What this site does not collect
There is no analytics on this site. No Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no session recording, no heatmap, no A/B testing script. This site sets no cookies, and nothing you do here is tracked across other websites. The one thing it stores in your browser is a marker, cleared on arrival, that lets the thank-you page know you have just sent the form; it holds no personal information and goes when you close the tab.
If that changes — for example if advertising is run and conversion tracking is added — this page will be updated before the change goes live.
What we do with what you send
We use it to reply to you about your property, and for nothing else.
- We do not sell your information.
- We do not rent, trade or share it with marketing companies.
- We do not add you to a mailing list.
If your property reaches the point of a signed agreement, your details go to the title company handling the closing, because that is how a closing works. Nobody else receives them beyond Formspree, which carries the message, unless you ask us to send them to someone.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until it is no longer needed. Ask and we will delete it.
Phone and text messages
If you give us a phone number we may call or text you about the property you told us about. We will not send you marketing messages, and if you ask us to stop contacting you we stop.
Your choices
Email tyler@foysmanagement.com or call or text (465) 441-5026 to ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, or tell us to stop contacting you.
Children
This site is not for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.
